College Students Experience What It’s Like to Have a Psychological Disability

The activities that are done at this event put the students in a position where they can relate to those who have disabilities. This event that took place on the campus of Central Michigan University show students what people with disabilities experience and struggle with on a day to day basis. People can read and learn about different disabilities all they want but until they experience it themselves, they won’t know the real struggle each person with disabilities go through. This event gives students the opportunity to do different activities that put them in the shoes of those with disabilities.

This video was made due to the hard work on a college project my partner Austin Cavender and I, Tara Smith, did for our journalism course, JRN 340.
