As students study hard to finish up the semester, it is the Zumba classes down in the Student Activity Center building at CMU that keeps the energy flowing.
Zumba classes are not an ordinary workout session but involves dance and aerobic movements to energetic music. It is the choices of the workout routines that make this fitness class stand out.
Through a sneak peak of the Zumba class Natalie Doherty, Zumba Instructor, guides us through the class along with Allyson Weiss, Zumba Participate, who gives us a different view point on someone new to the class.
